What a party!

A simple beach party is disrupted by a small raid which in turn turns into unspeakable carnage as the fight spills in Lighthaven and Windhowl.

Ladies' night at the beach party!

This careless boasting did not fall on deaf hears and was taken as a challenge by the mysterious forces behind this raid.

Fun on Market IslandThe beach party held last Friday, October 26, by the Merchant Association of Goldmoon attracted many adventurers from all across the land. This was a great occasion to have such silly fun as chatting, dancing, making magic fireworks and drinking potions, which were freely given to ladies by Yolak, the Windhowl potion merchant.

Undead meeting unexpected resistanceBut the party was soon crashed by raiders and various undead which were swiftly dispatched by the high-level players in attendance. Rumors have that Blackwolf's Brotherhood were planning to raid this party, but the apparition of undead creatures hinted at more obscure and powerful forces at work. Many complained that this was hardly a challenge to their might and scoffed at this pathetic attempt to disrupt their festivities.

Raid!

Raiders invade LighthavenThis careless boasting did not fall on deaf hears and was taken as a challenge by the mysterious forces behind this raid. Soon both towns of Lighthaven and Windhowl were invaded by successive waves of creatures of increasing power, ranging from brigands, assassins, putrid beasts, time guardians and even invisible shadow demons!

Putrid beasts everywhere! The advance of this massive and unprecedented onslaught was met with considerable courage. However, the carnage was still formidable as adventurers after adventurers fell under the powerful blows of the enemy. Seemingly everyone involved had to use their Destiny Gem to bring them back from certain death, but this was only a minor setback for most as they rushed back into the fray.Whew!

Eventually these hordes of monsters ceased to appear, leaving the valiant protectors of the city to heal and congratulate themselves on a job well done. It looks like this is a party that will be remembered for a long time to come!
